Q: How does the Ammo Alliance monthly subscription work? 

A: You can purchase a subscription for one or more of the calibers we offer (9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .223 REM) and pick a quantity (250, 500, or 1000). Orders placed between the 1st – 25th of every month will be shipped on the 1st of the following month. Orders placed between the 26th – last day of the month will be shipped on the 1st of 2 months following (see diagram below for example). See below for when credit card is charged, shipping schedule, returns, and cancellations.



Q: When will my credit card be charged? 

A: Your credit card will be charged on the 25th of every month. If there are any issues processing payment you will be contacted immediately.


Q: When does my monthly subscription box ship? 

A: On the 1st of every month. 


Q: What is your return policy?

A: There are no refunds for any reason, other than manufacturer malfunction, after   If you experience any issues in quality that should require manufacturers attention, send us an email at with the LOT# of the ammunition in the subject line. We can then trace the components of the products and resolve any issues present. 


Q: How can I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account or by emailing Go to My Account > Subscriptions > View > Cancel Subscription.


Q: Are your bullets remanufactured in the USA?

A: Yes they are! Remanufactured right in Michigan.


Q: Can I order a different quantity?

A: You can order monthly subscription boxes in quantities of 250, 500, or 1000. If you already placed your order and want to change the quantity please email for further instructions.
